<h2>1. About these terms</h2>
<p>These Terms & Conditions apply to bookings, visits and experiences provided by <strong>Kafedenas Village</strong>, Agiou Dimitriou, Mykonos 84600, Greece. By making a booking, the lead guest confirms that they accept these terms on behalf of the group.</p>
<h2>2. Bookings and prices</h2>
<p>A booking is confirmed when the required payment has been received or when written confirmation is issued by Kafedenas Village or the authorised booking provider. Prices and inclusions are those displayed or confirmed at the time of booking. Any special arrangement must be confirmed in writing.</p>
<h2>3. Guest cancellation policy</h2>
<ul>
<li><strong>Cancellation up to 7 days before the event:</strong> no cancellation fee is retained and the amount paid will be refunded.</li>
<li><strong>Cancellation from 7 days up to 2 days before the event:</strong> a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the total booking value is retained and the remaining amount will be refunded.</li>
<li><strong>Cancellation within 2 days of the event, on the event date, or failure to attend:</strong> 100% of the total booking value is retained.</li>

<p>Cancellation timing is calculated according to local time in Mykonos, Greece. Requests must be sent in writing by email or through the booking channel used for the reservation. Any clearly disclosed product-specific conditions shown before payment also apply.</p>
<h2>4. Weather and cancellation by Kafedenas Village</h2>
<p>If Kafedenas Village cancels an experience because of rain or weather conditions that make the activity unsafe or impractical, guests will receive a full refund of the amount paid. Where possible, guests may instead choose an alternative date, subject to availability. Kafedenas Village is not responsible for separate travel, accommodation or third-party expenses.</p>
<h2>5. Changes and force majeure</h2>
<p>We may make reasonable changes to timing, menu, hosts or the order of activities when necessary. If an experience cannot be provided because of events beyond reasonable control, we will offer the available remedy required by applicable law and communicate the options as soon as reasonably possible.</p>
<h2>6. Arrival and participation</h2>
<p>Guests are responsible for arriving at the confirmed meeting point on time. Late arrival may shorten the experience and cannot always be accommodated. Guests must follow reasonable safety and venue instructions and behave respectfully toward hosts, staff, other guests and the property.</p>
<h2>7. Food allergies and dietary requirements</h2>
<p>Dietary requirements and allergies must be disclosed before booking or as early as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate confirmed requirements, but food is prepared in an environment where allergens may be present and complete absence of cross-contact cannot be guaranteed.</p>
<h2>8. Alcohol</h2>
<p>Alcohol is served only where lawful and appropriate. Proof of age may be requested. We may refuse alcohol service or participation where behaviour creates a safety risk or significant disruption.</p>
<h2>9. Children and supervision</h2>
<p>Children must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult. The lead guest must confirm that the selected experience is suitable for all participants in the group.</p>
<h2>10. Property, loss and damage</h2>
<p>Guests are responsible for personal belongings and for damage caused intentionally or through negligence. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Greek or EU consumer law.</p>
<h2>11. Photography</h2>
<p>Guests may take personal photographs provided they respect the privacy of others. Commercial photography, filming or use of images of other guests requires prior permission. If Kafedenas Village wishes to use identifiable guest images for marketing, appropriate permission will be requested.</p>
<h2>12. Personal data</h2>
<p>Personal data is handled in accordance with our <a href=”https://kafedenas-village.com/privacy-policy/”>Privacy Policy</a> and <a href=”https://kafedenas-village.com/cookie-policy/”>Cookie Policy</a>.</p>
<h2>13. Complaints and applicable law</h2>
<p>Please raise any concern during the experience where possible, or contact <a href=”mailto:sales@kafedenas-village.com”>sales@kafedenas-village.com</a> promptly so we can review it. These terms are governed by Greek law, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights available to the guest.</p>
